Alex C. Teves Memorial Scholarships at Humanex Academy are awarded each year from donations received through the Alex C. Teves – ACT Foundation, facilitated by the Humanex Foundation.

Alex Teves was a psychology/counseling major from the University of Denver who successfully counseled students attending Humanex Academy in 2011-12.  He was tragically killed in the Aurora Theater shooting on July 20th 2012 while shielding his girlfriend from harm. Humanex Academy is proud to award scholarships under Alex’s name.
